During my time in the military, I became passionate about fitness and bodybuilding. I went to the gym every day with my boys and learned everything there was to know about nutrition. After my time in competition, I wanted to motivate people myself and started G4C. This way I can finally realise my dream and I am happy to be able to accompany so many people on their way.
